9.0Property is clean, comfy and very well equipped. Hot tub, bbq and fire pit in the backyard are great as well. Communication was prompt and friendly. It is definitely a great place to stay to enjoy Moab and its NPs.

8.0The apartment was comfortable. It had enough kitchen supplies and equipment to make simple breakfasts. The location was good, and it was very easy to walk to restaurants. The washing machines were great to have. Also, thank you for providing soap and softener. The patio was very cute. The bed was comfortable. Overall , it was a very comfortable stay.
− Things were a little run down, the couch, although comfortable, it looked very old. Some of the kitchen equipment was too old, too. I stayed on a ground floor apartment,and I could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around.
