Amazing hotel, such good value for money.
10.0Amazing location. Just outside the hustle and bustle of Tam Coc village so there was absolutely no noise (think this is the only hotel we found no street noise from in our whole month in Vietnam). Spotlessly clean room and super comfortable bed. Staff could not have been more helpful. There was a mix up with our laundry at one point in which some of our clothes were temporarily misplaced and staff did everything they could to fix the problem as quickly as possible. Pool area was gorgeous and relaxing, breakfast was delicious. Cheap renting of bicycles from the hotel too was a bonus.

10.0Everything was great. The staff was extremely helpful and when I had some request (getting a birthday cake) they really delivered. The rooms are exactly like in the pictures and are very clean, the services like renting a bike are also on point. I truly enjoyed our stay

Good, few things that need attention.
7.0Good location, staff were helpful and kind. Pool was good for swimming. Rooms were a decent size with a good balcony. They also offer bike and scooter rentals which is good. Close location to Tam Coc and Main Street.
− Rooms were average. Needs some work done. We specially booked this hotel for a glass separation between shower and toilet (just our preference) and in the photos it showed that, however on arrival they didn’t have it. The aircon water output has been drilled through the wall in the bathroom and leaks into the shower drain, so you’ll hear running water all night. Mattress is hard as a rock - however not abnormal for Vietnam
