Charming little cottage In beautiful location
8.0Comfortable beds, very clean house, well equipped kitchen. It is small cottage and all rooms are small in size but it was very comfortable and almost romantic. We also used front garden which is very pretty. The house is off the main road which means the garden is quiet, looking out at some large trees and picturesque cottages.
− Just some very minor things: The shower is tiny and the water pressure is poor. There is no full size ironing board, only mini one.

9.0Lovely cosy country cottage. Ideal for a short break to explore the Norfolk coast.
− Not over warm.Heating needs increasing to make cottage comfortably warm. People with limited mobility might find the stairs and the small shower an issue. These were , however, fine for us.

− Shower was weak and either hot or cold.
We had a lovely holiday at Little Lane enjoying the house and the location.
9.0A comfortable, well equipped house with a homely feel. Great location too and easy to access the North Norfolk coast and the great houses at Houghton and Holkam.
− The only thing we found a little worrying were the stairs. Although very sturdy, they are steep.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
