9.0The room configuration, facilities and furnishings were very nice. We enjoyed the stay there.
− Keys were easy to pick up. However, it was not clear where we had to access the car park, no instructions for street address or where to find the apartment in the complex. Noting the detailed instructions for key box, this would be helpful.

10.0The cleanliness of the property - it sparkled. Loved the comforts (the classy crockery was appreciated, the bed was good quality and comfortable), the apartment was well stocked with comfortable, very nice items... cushions were great.)
− Wifi didnt work for 9 hours on one day, but we were warned about this so we coped fine.. The bed pillows could be better, need to be more luxurious. Got a sore neck from one pillow, not supportive enough.

− expensive for what you get. wifi did not connect to internet (router is fine). window in bedroom broken handle and does fully close. blinds in bedroom on same window let a lot of light in
