10.0Everything was absolutely perfect. The place was clean, very spacious, beds comfortable and pull out couch also comfortable. The host was amazing, very responsive and detailed with check in instructions and everything else. Location is perfect, 2 min walk to the train station and 2 minute walk to the beach.
