Book this home for my daughter birthday and we couldn’t have pick a better place the host were very helpful! We will definitely be booking here again !!!!

− The house was very clean and the location was perfect not to mention how beautiful the home was you definitely see the hard work and love put into this house .

Poor condition for outstandingly high price; Overpriced/Underdelivered. MICE in the house!!

The location was in a beautiful area, near the small river; it was very cozy and quiet.

− We had MICE in the house at the lower level!! MICE, crawling through the rooms... That was the reason we didn`t use the downstairs premises to avoid getting some infection. Speakers in the Theater room didn`t work, so that was not the `Theater`, but a huge room with a huge TV screen. The Outdoor fireplace didn`t work, and lower level rooms were VERY COLD, even with 74* on AC. It is impossible to sleep downstairs without layers of blankets. We went down to lower rooms once the `Extermination service` arrived, and checked the area and mouse traps. The owners (Preston and Bridget) were so annoying and they were texting us ALL THE TIME - `Clean up after your pet`, `If we find a HAIR OR PET WASTE on the furniture, you`ll be charged (we told them that we have a hypoallergic Maltese dog who does not shed)`, `Don`t put grease in the sink`, `Take out the trash (and we found the full tote of trash)`, `Securily close the door`, `Don`t smoke/vape inside, or you`ll pay $1.000`, `Toilets are for toalet paper only!`, `No parties, no guests (I was there with my wife and the kid, and they knew that)`, `Do not move the furniture`, `It`s our house, it`s not a hotel (!!!??)`, `If there is any damage or excessive mess incurred during your stay, your group will be held responsible (My group? It was me, my wife, and an 8-year-old kid)`, `Keep noise levels down`, `Drive slowly (Drive slowly !!!??)`, `No smoking (AGAIN), `This is not a hotel (AGAIN)`... They treated us like we lived in the woods and came to civilization for the first time. Also, they didn`t let us check in 2 hours earlier (at 2 PM instead of 4 PM) unless we paid $50 for that `concession`. Finally, we cleaned up the whole house upon our departure, so the cleaning service didn`t have much to do, except to dry clean the towels. The place is overpriced, if you decide to come with a group of friends, be careful about the restrictive rules, emphasized by the owners, and bring a lot of blankets and mouse traps (or a cat).
