The unit is very nice. Great location walking distance to shops, food and other fun things to do. ov
8.0The owner gave us the code before hand. We loved the shower in the bathroom, the comfort and privacy of the back yard. It was a nice bonus to have access to the washer and dryer. The unit does get some noise in the front bedroom from the traffic outside. The doors hinges need to be oiled to cut down of the creaking noise.

Good value and any problems would be quickly resolved.
8.0It was next to the police station. The parking in the photo had police cars as it was their car park. It was therefore safe. The owner lived in the same building and we were able to discuss parking and local amenities. Train to Boston 5 minutes away. Beds large and comfortable despite the iron rail at the end of the bed.
− The air con unit down stairs did not appear to work, but it was only required for us in the bedrooms that did work. Therefore I did not even raise the issue.
Absolutely amazing stay and value for money. I highly recommend this accommodation and Moni as a host :)
10.0Moni was an absolutely amazing host. One of the best I have ever had. She went out of her way to help us and ensure we were happy with everything. I was here for the World Cup and she even helped me find travel the day before the game out of the kindness of her heart. Great for the World Cup and if you are in Boston in general! What was nice is you are not staying in a hotel but a home, so it has a nice family/warm feel to it. If I ever stay in Boston again, I will stay here 100%
