5.0The property was very well equipped, plenty of plates, cutlery, cups, knifes etc and kitchen items needed - NO oven gloves and a knife poorly placed in a draw caught my finger shortly after arriving - lucky it wasn't one of the kids going in the draw. Plenty of cleaning products under the sink - I brought a bunch but having extra was handy. Lovely decor and thought through property. I like the safety of the windows (up high) with our 2 year old, had them open the whole time with a decent air flow. We visited Newton abbot, Paignton, Dartmouth and found plenty of activities for a fun packed week with our 3 kids. Woodlands is great too!
− The property wasn't that clean - cob webs, dirty pair of knickers in wardrobe, flies in fridge and sink, cupboard handles dirty. No oven gloves - probably the most annoying thing. NO Advertisement for coin electric meter - only in a pre arrival email. Wasn't particularly expensive though. And the door to the washing machine is poorly fitted so when opening I caught my knuckle and ripped a big chunk out my finger - wouldn't have done laundry however my son vomited. The grounds outside although mowed, spacious and pleasant - dog poo and cigarette ends where located everywhere.

8.0Hosts were quick to reply when we had accidentally been sent the wrong lock box code for the key- it was sorted very quickly and we were inside in no time. We booked very last minute but everything was ready for us, clean and the kitchen had lots of cooking utensils.
− It would have been better if it was advertised when we booked that we would need coins for an electric meter- only got told this after booking.
Was ok, has great potential but cleanliness let it down for me, and I wouldn’t return because of that

− The mice droppings I found everywhere was not ok they came and cleaned them but only because i said something and sent pictures I feel like otherwise they wouldn’t of cleaned them
