− Das Apartment hatte nichts gehalten was es verspricht. 1. Es gab zwar WLAN, jedochmusste man dafür zahlen (ca. 5£ pro stunde). 2. Es gab zwar einen Fernseher, dieser war jedoch kaputt (darauf wurde eingestochen oder so). 3. Das komplette Apartment ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. 4. In der unteren Tür kommt man nur mit viel Fingerspitzengefühl....der Schlüssel darfnicht zu weit drinnen aber auch nicht außerhalb des Türschlosses sein. 5. Das Bett ist sehr hart und unbequem. 6. Die Heizungen gingen nicht an, obwohl alle regler auf maximum standen. (Wir hatten Ende Oktober) 7. Der Eigentümer verspricht eine 24/7 Erreichbarkeit, geht aber nicht ans Telefon und auf Nachrichten antworten die auch nur wenn die bock drauf haben (garnicht). 8. Das Türschloss des Apartments ließ sich ab letzten Abend nicht mehr öffnen (schloss hat geklemmt), da sich der Eigentümer nach über 3 Stunden (wir hatten inzwischen 23 uhr und standen mit schwanger Frau und einem 1 Jahre alten Kind vor der Tür...) immernoch nicht gemeldet hatte mussten wir. Einen schlüsseldienst anrufen, da wir sonnst nicht an unsere Sachen gekommen wären. Der Spaß hat dann auch eben mal 270£ gekostet. Der Eigentümer hat sich bissher immernoch nicht gemeldet und wir wissen nicht ob wir überhaupt die Kosten erstatten bekommen. Also großes Appell meinerseits: auf keinen Fall hier übernachten!!!!!!!!!

Infelizmente, minha experiência neste apartamento foi muito negativa e os problemas não foram resolvidos durante toda a minha estadia. Logo na chegada, tive problemas para entrar no apartamento, pois a porta de entrada não abria. Dois funcionários da limpeza, que já tinham o costume de ir ao apartamento, tentaram abrir a porta e também não conseguiram. Foi uma situação muito desagradável e que já demonstrou, desde o primeiro momento, problemas com o imóvel. Durante toda a minha estadia, também não tive acesso ao Wi-Fi, apesar de o apartamento estar anunciado com Wi-Fi. A TV também estava quebrada e não funcionava. Entrei em contato com a proprietária e inclusive enviei a ela a própria descrição do anúncio, onde constavam essas comodidades. Além disso, a limpeza do apartamento estava muito abaixo do esperado, encontrando o imóvel em condições que não correspondiam ao padrão que eu esperava encontrar ao reservar através do Booking.com. Outro ponto extremamente negativo foi a comunicação com a proprietária. Durante praticamente toda a estadia, ela não respondeu às minhas mensagens e não apresentou nenhuma solução para os problemas. Somente no último dia entrou em contato, pediu desculpas pelo ocorrido e afirmou que não havia no anúncio a informação de que o apartamento tinha Wi-Fi. No entanto, eu já havia enviado a ela a própria descrição do anúncio comprovando que o Wi-Fi estava, sim, incluído entre as comodidades. Fui obrigada a permanecer no apartamento durante todos os dias da reserva, mesmo sem Wi-Fi, sem TV e com os problemas apresentados, sem que nada fosse efetivamente resolvido durante a minha estadia. Considero que a experiência ficou muito abaixo do que foi anunciado e não correspondeu às condições esperadas. Espero que o Booking.com leve esta situação em consideração para que outros hóspedes não tenham que passar pela mesma experiência.

it was close to the strip and where we were headed in london, the bathroom was nice however no plug for the bath which was slightly disappointing

− we got instructions to check in, however the door was broken so the key wouldn’t work, there was another group also trying to check in but their key wasn’t working either. property didn’t answer me back for a while and we were stuck in the cold for an hour and a half before they had a man come out, we then continued to get locked out a number of times and had to ask the other group to let us in, we also kept getting stuck in our apartment as the door was very flimsy. the tv was broken and they said they would replace but didn’t hear anything for the rest of our stay, the bathroom was very nice but very slippy so be careful. the sofa bed was comfortable but the double bed felt like a prison bed.

Gute Anbindung an die Busse.

− Trotz mehrfachen Versuchen (insgesamt 17 Anrufe und mehrere Nachrichten) keine Verbindung zu Personal! Kein Parkplatz trotz der Angabe in der Beschreibung! Kein Wlan trotz aller Angabe in der Beschreibung! TV nicht abgeschlossen keine Antennenverbindung. Nachts sehr laut, da genau gegenüber ein Veranstaltungspunkt und Markt ist. Schlüssel für Eingang war so abgenutzt, dass es jedes Mal beim Aufschließen zwischen 3 und 5 Minuten dauerte, bis das Schloss sich öffnete. Rollo im Schlafzimmer war defekt. Keine Stühle. Gebäude generell sehr hellhörig. Weiterhin viele kleinere Mängel ( Defekte Lüftung im Bad, lose Tür in der Küchenzeile, lose Leiste in der Küchenzeile, ausgelegene Matratze, defekter Rauchmelder, zerstörte Temperatursteuerung für die Heizung ...).

− - Main entrance door lock malfunctioning, it was a gamble if it would work. - TV screen badly damaged - No WiFi (router unpowered and TV cable unplugged with no connector - Insufficient kitchen aids (no kitchen knives, no cooking pans) - Kitchen cupboard doors hanging - Roll blinds in the bedroom fell off - No actions from the landlord on complaints

− Entrada sucia , no existía INTERNET, no hay TV toda rota, no hubo paños en la cocina, no hay cuchillo con que se pueda cortar algo, no hubo con que barrer, no hubo con que secar el piso del baño porque al ducharme todo se escapa el agua al estar mal protegida la bañera 🛀
