9.0The location and convenience of this property were great! It was very clean and had mostly everything we needed. A few downsides included the noise levels at night, it wasn't unbearable but the walls and ceiling are definitely not insulated the best. There was also noticeable dip in the floor at the head of the bed, so 2 pillows were necessary to not feel like you were going upside down. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

− It’s perfect and great
If I come back to Frankfort I’ll be staying here again.
10.0The location was perfect,so close to everything.barely had to drive anywhere. The room was clean updated and spacious.it was so much better than a hotel room. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful.
− The only thing we didn’t like was parking. But it’s in the heart of the city so that was to be expected. It’s nothing the property can control. They have reserved spots in the parking garage across the street so it’s not bad.

9.0Location was great. Convenient for walking and eating. We enjoyed the bar onsite and friendly staff. Excellent place being so close to the distillery tours we planned. Beautiful town.

− Elevator was out for over week no clear indication from staff as response time no cart to move luggage not ideal for long term stay
