Very unpleasant experience
2.0When I arrived, first receptionist was kind. I checked in. I was very tired. I noticed the bedspread was somewhat wrinkled. I moved the bedspread, I noticed there were some lints and hair. It looked like someone had already slept in it. Anyway, there were two ladies were not professional. One of them said, if you don't like it, you can check out and refund your money. I was so tired that I was not going to look for another motel. I asked another room. Finally, I got another one . The young man was kind and helpful to get me a portable heater. Because the heater was not working, there was no hot water. The breakfast was included but I did not want to stay any longer and left early. I asked the young man to tell the owner to fire those two ladies. This was my experience.
− I think the the staff must be trained for a better customer service.

Facility could use a facelift. But room was clean and quiet.
5.0Surprisingly quiet. Room was clean. Staff pleasant. Other guests encountered, mostly adult men, were pleasant and respectful. Welcoming to our pets in the area for a dog show.
− Nonfunctional locks on exterior doors. Young men climbing into ground floor rooms thru broken screens. A bit unnerving for women traveling alone. But we didn't feel particularly unsafe.
