I just wish we could have stayed longer!

The location is fantastic and there's convenient private parking located close by. Would highly recommend you take up the restaurant recommendations, Ristorante Momi was one of the best meals we had in Italy!

− My only disappointment was check-in time isn't until 4pm and check-out is at 10am, so with us only staying 1 night, it's a very tight timeframe. An earlier check-in our later check-out would be a bit more convenient and something I should have checked and tried to change prior to arriving, so that was my fault.

− I booked a stay in this hotel and when we arrived to the property, the cleaning wasn’t done. We found our dirty towels, bed sheets and dishes. I immediately contacted the owner but the owner did not pick up. I then texted them on whatsapp asking for help. They promised to see if they can send cleaning team, so we left our luggage and went for a walk. After 3 hours the property owner texts me back, saying my booking has to be cancelled, since they are not able to clean the property, but at least promised me a full refund. Ever since, I have not heard from them a word, they’ve been ignoring me on whatsapp, through booking.com website. I reached out to booking customer service, but property also been ignoring them. I am absolutely disappointed, shame on the owners, if you have some dignity, you will see this review as a reminder to answer me or booking.com administrators. If you want a safe vacation, avoid this property!

Beautiful views from the balcony and well located for access to Bellagio and ferries across the lake
