The town is very small and the building is right in the center. The owner was very available with me in changing the day of my check-in. Good wifi connection and cleaning axceptable.

− There is no reception, you do everything by whatsapp and booking. On the day of your check-out you have to leave the money in cash on the bed, but for what I can imagine someone could enter in the room and take them. The building is always open and there is no check. In the bathroom there is no tent for the shower and the double bed is made with two small beds put together: in the middle of them there is a piece of wood and it is very uncomfortable.

− a la habitación le faltaba un mueble donde dejar las cosas y no tener que tener la maleta en el suelo, también le faltaban buenas cortinas el sol por la mañana fue molesto, y sabanas blancas que para mi es una norma por cumplir en los alojamientos

Es ist kein typisches Hostel mit geplanten Unternehmungen oder Abendunterhaltung, aber Chan, der Gastgeber, ist wahnsinnig lieb und bemüht, seinen Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bescheren. Im Einzelzimmer gab es weder einen Haken zum Aufhängen einer Jacke noch einen Schrank oder eine Kommode, aber er hat mir einen Wäscheständer organisiert, damit ich meine Sachen zumindest aus der Tasche holen konnte. Leider war das Bett sehr unbequem und ich habe mich die Tage mit Rückenschmerzen geplagt. Da ich nicht direkt am Hostel parken konnte wie gebucht hat er sich auch um die Begleichung der Parkgebühren auf dem nächsten öffentlichen Parkplatz gekümmert. Für jemanden mit Hostelerfahrung etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber für den Preis völlig okay.

− Das Schloss der Zimmertüre sollte fixiert werden und eine halbwegs bequeme Matratze wäre super.

The hostel's ground floor consists of this room, toilet and a kitchen. The setup feels secluded since it’s the only room on this level, adding to the tranquility. Sremski Karlovci is a small, picturesque town, so don’t miss exploring its river side (just cross the railway tracks) for a peaceful walk or sunset views!
