− Both towels and bed linen had hair from the previous guest. Also the bathroom had bad mold dots everywhere.

10.0The owners were amazing! They made the stay spectacular. The breakfast was simple, but delicious, they helped us get tickets to Machu Picchu, a guide, and transportation. They told us hikes to go on and places to see we were there. It was so lovely! The room was spacious for Aguas Calientes, clean, and there was wonderful hot water and wifi!
