− The checkout time was early and they did not include parking for the day so made it more difficult to ski that day we planned to.

− We didn't get fresh towels. The air in the hotel was very dense which exacerbate my altitude sickness. Staff was not helpful. I was told they didn't see over my room.

Fantastic stay
10.0The facility was beautiful and very clean. It was a seemless checkin with friendly staff. And the host was on top of everything, great communication.
− The only thing I didn't like, was having to checkout. I wish I could have stayed longer. Crested Butte is a gorgeous place to be.
