4.0The house is located at 50m from Lake Lugano.
− The house is not equipped to the standards we expect from Booking. Sheets, blankets and towels were clean but ancient and should all be exchanged for new. Owner Bepi was friendly but did not send us an email with some recommendations of places to go which he had promised. The location is too far from Lugano to consider walking. The house had no air conditioning so we needed to keep the windows open (behind closed shades), and were unpleasantly surprised by noisy street-cleaning equipment in the early morning.
Excellent apartment in a great location in a lovely Caslano
8.0It all about the location and value for Money. Very well positioned at the "hub" of Caslano with a 800 mtrs to the local train which links to Lugano or accross to the border to Ponte Tresa.
− The house is on the first floor with an internal stairs, it was quite steep and when coming done a number of the steps seem tilted forwards which meant you need to be very careful and hold the handrail. Some furniture needs to be updated.
