All it need is good maintenance
5.0Unit is in very nice apartment complex with very good security and facilities. 10mins walk to nearest metro line, and shopping malls are within walking distance too.
− The unit itself, could have been maintained better. Not very clean, a lot of dust in drawers. Sofa is broken, with stains. We had to cover with blanket to sit on it. Dining room light switch not working. Toilets can be cleaner, some fixtures and door lock are broken. Glass shower cube is already smokey - this shows the level of cleaning they do, and what products used. Kitchen not organized well, a lot of random items left by previous guests i assumed and not been cleared, left in cabinets and drawers. Iron provided but doesnt work well (one of those cheap old school non-steam type), and no ironing board provided. It tick a lot of boxes so if its for 1-2 nights stay, its good enough. We booked for 28days so....

9.0The beds were comfy, the toilet was clean and functional. The kitchen was good too. TV was good as well. The location is super strategic. The hosts were very efficient as well.
− The front door had a loose knob, so it was pretty difficult to lock the door. The toilet in the hallway also needed extra effort to get out because it would get stuck. The sofa had some questionable stains and one of the seats was broken.

− The sofa was broken, leaking in the toilet, lights behind the mirrors dropped out. Lack of cutleries and toiletries.
