Comfortable, met our needs but bring Mosquito spray!
8.0Room was large, balcony with a chair to sit on, nicely decorated, amenities in the bathroom and a fridge for water. Lovely location in Old town, all walkable and much less busy than area such a Patong.
− Mosquitos in the room when we checked in were disgraceful! Live mosquitos as well as some sort of empty pods scattered everywhere on the walls in the room and shower. We spent ages when we got into the room, spraying them all with mozzy spray, and having to clean them up. We were concerned that they would just return, so kept the AC on all the time. Didn't go and inform reception to move as the property was sold out and the language barrier would have proved difficult. Never experienced such an infestation prior to arriving to a hotel, I can only imagine the balcony doors were left open after cleaning and shut without checking the room.
