Si tuviese mantenimiento sería un 8,5
7.0La terraza suficiente para una cena de dos, las vistas al puerto y playa y el garaje de muy buen tamaño. Y decir que, tras negociarlo, la propiedad me devolvió el 46% del importe porque el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Las dimensiones del apartamento muy aceptables y la ubicación también es bastante buena.
− El aire acondicionado, muy viejo, no enfriaba, únicamente ventilaba y cada cierto tiempo hacía un ruido propio de un tractor. El tercer dia se cayó la persiana de la terraza grande y ya no pudimos usarla. La caja fuerte no tenía pilas y el primer día, Inés , la encargada, tuvo que llevarnos la llave (pues no tenía pilas). En general se habían olvidado del mantenimiento. Una pena. En cuanto a la ubicación, es bastante buena, aunque está frente a una playa de aguas no suficientemente limpias.

− Pues al hacer el desayuno la luz saltaba y nos tuvieron que traer otro. Y al ducharnos el agua se salía porque no tragaba y teníamos que estar una persona duchándose y otra recogiendo agua con l fregona
