10.0The place itself was lovely! It was spotless and everything was in working order. The view from the balcony was pretty. It was only a mile from downtown Cruz Bay.
− The location was on a hill and on a busy street, but I think that’s just part of being in St. John. Everything here is on hills!

9.0The place was close to Cruz Bay and close for the hiking we wanted to do. It was clean with a well stocked kitchen. The property managers who lived on the lower level were so friendly and helpful, but gave us our space.
− The hairpin turn to a very steep driveway was initially harrowing, but we quickly got used to it. A 4 wheel drive jeep is highly recommended for really most places on the island. Don’t let the driveway stop you from renting this place.

10.0Beautiful, clean, roomy, Villa!! Great amenities and extra items!!! The hosts are excellent and on site to help with any questions and issues! The beds and pillows are super clean, comfy, rooms are big, AC is nice and cool!! Bathroom and shower are roomy with plenty of clean towels and supplies !! This will definitely be our place to stay in St. John!!! Absolute PERFECTION ❤️
