המיקום של המלון מנצח! במרכז העניינים לכיוון הנמל ותחילת הטיילת הכל ברגל. צוות המלון היה נחמד מאוד, עזרו לנו בכל מה שהיינו צריכים, כולל ליווי לחנייה של הרכב החדר שלנו היה בקומה שלישית עם נוף לים ונהננו מאוד! החדר מעוצב כפרי כזה, נחמד מאוד. ארוחת בוקר בסיסית לגמרי אבל מספקת

− החדר לא הרגיש נקי ממש מבחינת אבק. הגעתי למלון ולא הפסקתי להתעטש בחדר… אלרגיה לאבק ממליצה לכם לשים לב לזה יותר

− La plage affichée sur Booking n'appartient pas a l'hôtel il serait peut être préférable de ne pas l'afficher comme tel, le déjeuner est bon mais limiter, énormément d'interrupteur dans les chambres compliqués pour allumer la bonne lampe du premier coup même après 3 jours

The hotel was lovely, the spa is beautiful and the staff were lovely. They have a lovely area for sunbeds on the water that is served by a staff member.

− The pool is small and the garden area was ok.

− We stayed at this hotel for eight nights in a premium room, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the staff. The day before renting a car, we asked the reception whether parking would be available. We were clearly told that parking was free of charge and that we only needed to provide the license plate number upon arrival. However, when we arrived with the rental car, the staff completely denied the agreement. Although there were six empty parking spaces available, we were told to leave. Because the access road is extremely narrow, I could not even turn the car around safely. It took around 10 minutes just to get the barrier opened so I could manoeuvre the vehicle, and another 30 minutes of unnecessary arguing before management was finally contacted and the promised parking access was granted. The entire situation could have been avoided if the staff had simply honoured what had already been agreed. The attitude of several staff members throughout this incident was hostile, dismissive and highly unprofessional. As guests staying for eight nights in a premium room, we expected respectful and solution-oriented service, but instead we experienced unnecessary confrontation over a problem created entirely by the hotel. The half-board dining experience was also disappointing. Nobody informed us that drinks at dinner were not included, and they were simply charged to our room without any prior notice. The food selection was limited, repetitive and far below the standard expected from a hotel in this category. Even the "orange juice" served at breakfast was a low-quality orange-flavoured drink rather than real juice. Finally, the private jacuzzi on our balcony was delivered in an unacceptable condition. It was extremely dirty and looked as though it had not been cleaned for a very long time.
