− Non abbiamo ricevuto assistenza dalla signora che mi ha risposto al telefono per accedere alla struttura . Dopo il primo codice ci ha detto di prendere la tessera in camera e avremmo avuto accesso al cancello e alla camera utilizzando la tessera. Peccato che era smagnetizzata e siamo rimaste fuori di sino alle 00,35 chiamando per più di mezz’ora continuamente il munero l’unico numero disponibile senza avere risposta. Dopo più di 45 minuti ha risposto dicendo che lei lavora tutto il gg e a quell’ora dormiva il ho risposto che stavo chiamando i vigili visto che eravamo due donne di notte fuori dalla struttura. Ci ha aperto con i codici a distanza e poi la mattina scrive dicendo che può succedere che la tessera si smagnetizzi ok ci può stare ma non ci lasci fuori senza rispondere per 45 minuti e 80 chiamate
