The location is great probably that they should not mention parking at the property but overall a very pleasant stay.

− They do not have parking, any kind of parking, the closest parking available is at 12 min walk from property and it costs around 17 eur/24h. And also the beds were too firm for us.

9.0Francesca was a fantastic host, warm, welcoming and efficient with any request for information. The apartment was secure, large, very clean and homely and in a brilliant location close to cafes and restaraunts.

Amazing stay while discovering La Spezia and the close Cinque Terre
10.0It was close to the train station(about 10min), beautiful restaurant right across the small street that served breakfast and dinner. The place itself was very clean, big living room, kitchen with everything you need, washing machine and dryer. The rooms with comfy beds and an amazing walk-in closet. The appartement was everything you wished for. Francy was beyond amazing! She even waited for us at the train station and took us by car to the appartment!!
