Location was great

− You could tell nobody had been near the property in some time letters pilled up on the floor on the front door when going in.. bathroom was dirty, blood on one of the pillows and a broken boiler! No hot water or heating it was freezing and we also had a child with us! Getting ready for a wedding we had to go else where for a shower ! Unacceptable and we couldn’t see any info to get in touch with the landlord to tell them about the boiler

Not enjoyable at all, I would not recommend this place.

− The house was dirty, especially the bathroom. The beds were like camp beds, very noisey, very squeaky. There was broken tiles in the the bathroom floor, and there was an edging trim hanging off one of the kitchen counter tops that was dangerous. When we arrived there was bags of rubbish in the front garden and there was the same to the rear, we had to call the host to have these removed. The next door neighbour was angry at us for the mess.

Comfortable and close to all the sites.

That it was suitable for a large family and there is parking available just outside. I liked how close it was to the shops aswell. It is a nice cute place for a family on a budget.

− I think the doors need a little wd40 as they made a loud noise everytime they were opened. Also the mattresses were uncomfortable and I think the 2 double bedrooms should have a mirror inside them.

Not a nice place to stay, would avoid.

The location was good for the purpose of our visit.

− The property was clean on the surface of things but there were so many negative points that it just ruined our stay and far outweighed the location. - There were 17 steep stairs to the flat. This was misleading as it didn’t say in the advert that this property was a flat and not a house. - There wasn’t a bulb in the light fitting at the top of stairs so it was very dark when coming home at night and dangerous for my son who has Cerebral Palsy as he couldn’t properly see where he was going. - Carbon monoxide alarm constantly beeped all the time, also the Smoke detector at top of stairs constantly beeping both required new batteries! - There were more Steps up and down to bedrooms and kitchen and bathroom which was difficult for my older mother. - There was no front to the cutlery drawer, so no handle either! - Not a full set of cutlery for the amount of people advertised that could stay in property. - One of the Forks had a broken tine which was sharp and dangerous. - The China was chipped. - The Frying pan was burnt and didn’t look clean enough to use. Wouldn’t have used it on my BBQ at home let alone for use in a guest house. - The Fridge fell forward when door was opened and contents fell onto floor, as it was missing a foot at front left. - No carpet sweeper or vacuum to clean up any mess we made during our stay. - No wardrobes just one unstable hanging clothes rail
