− Upstairs guests were quite noisy, sounded like a kid running constantly. Need a hook in the bathroom.

10.0La limpieza. Creo que nunca había estado en un apartamento así de limpio. Podías caminar descalzo! El baño relucía. La cocina impoluta. Una limpieza de 10! Ah! Persianas que no dejan pasar un rayo de luz! Eso en Sevilla no tiene precio!
