2.0The house it self is nice if the cleaners done there job properly..
− The staff.acted was nice at first but when we reported some problems Broken bed (family had to leave) Sick on radiator. Dirty oven and trays, bread board disgusting. Dirty floors in the rooms dust everywhere Infested with spiders in the conserverty All these things easy solved if the cleaners wasnt rushing and checked on regular. Booking.com ask them to provide compensation as i provided pictures and they have refused. If the company had resolved i would have not done this bad review

1.0The write up , good sized bedrooms
− How rude the owner was. How useless booking.com are. Car parking on street is none existent and the car parking at the side is not accessible from both sides due to width restriction. The house was not clean.

− Su 3 piani. Difficile gestire la stessa temperatura su 3 piani. Bella veranda non riscaldata, inutilizzabile in inverno.
Great clean house, perfect for a larger group or family
9.0Excellent, extremely clean and well equipped house. Perfect for our family weekend visiting the area. Bedrooms all great, clean and welcoming. Good to have so many bathrooms when the whole family getting ready to go out! And loved the conservatory for the family to eat together at the table. Everything just as the pics.
− Nothing - lounge area is small and could have more comfy seating but didn't matter to us as we weren't spending the evening in.
Perfect stay and will gladly book again.
