8.0Posizione in un contesto veramente tranquillo, fuori dal caos cittadino, distante a pochi minuti in auto dalle Cinque terre. Appartamento veramente ampio, appena ristrutturato, dotato di parcheggio interno e giardino con piscinetta. Servizi interni impeccabili, dalla cucina ai sanitari.
− Essendo una struttura aperta da poco, l'appartamento piuttosto grande deve essere finito di arredare con ornamenti e qualche mobile utile al soggiorno. inoltre, potrebbe essere comoda l'installazione di una wallbox per chi ha vetture elettriche.
