Easy access. Clear instructions

− Check in straight forward. Kitchen , bathroom (small), bed, great. overall standard of cleanliness not acceptable for price especially considering we paid extra for dogs. We were disappointed. Stairs precarious and almost dangerous. Expect better for the money we paid. Living room dusty, cobwebs, not deep cleaned for some time. Could have got better in area for same money. Garden not contained and safe for dogs. Garden furniture poor. Come on! If you advertise a property at least know the property! When we left you would not know dogs had been there and it was left cleaner than when we arrived. I am not sure stairs would pass health and safety standards. Great location, very quiet. Not happy to give this feedback but think we paid for better quality cleanliness and if accepting dogs make it dog friendly!

Quiet location, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa. As described and expected.

− There were a few niggles (table not clean, under rug not clean) but it didn't detract. To make it truly dog friendly it would be great if the little garden could be enclosed.

Pleasant cosy cottage-type accommodation. Quiet location lovely ambience good value.

Thought the keyfind was a bit tricky to manipulate but once inside I kept key with me. they prefer you to return key to keyfind but I didn't go out much as I was there to work - the big kitchen table was fabulous to spread my work out onto. So I got a lot of reading done but the internet was a bit disappointing. Had to use the local facilities in Burnham Mkt. Stairs - bit tricky winding and the top step - glad I had done fell walking! but bedroom worth it and bed - home from home. Kitchen has basics as does toilet / shower room just inside the back door. It has the feel of a home about the place. Good value and nice introduction to that area. Bet its gorgeous in late spring and summer (was there first few days in March).

− Poor internet connection but managed. Draft from front door so could do with a better draught excluder but I was there during a cold spell in March. Wouldn't let this put me off as it was perfect in most ways.
