Would not recommend anyone to stay here until they improve their standards and premises.
1.0The design of the pool was very interesting with the bridges and shape. Although the pool needs maintenance with tiles coming loose and sharp parts at the bottom and side of the pool. There were some friendly staff.
− That's a long list. House keeping was not up to standard and they did things like putting dirty towels on our pillows and not refilling the water, tea/coffee, or toiletries and leaving their black hairs on the floor. There are ants in the room and while we were laying on the uncomfortable hard mattress we had ants crawling all over us. The air conditioner is not very effective and on our first night in the room we noticed that the bed sheets and pillows were stained yellow. This shows that the room had not been prepared prior to our arrival with fresh sheets. The breakfast was very poor and not many options. The rooms and hotel is very outdated and needs renovation. Pool was dirty. The door entry to the room is difficult to open and close and there was maintenance being done in rooms around us at the time of of our stay so it was not peaceful with all the drilling and banging. There are clogged drains in the bathroom sink and shower as they water pools and takes some times to disappear down the drain. Nearby beach was terrible, waves too big and we were not allowed to swim in the water. Not all staff were friendly and many do not speak English.

− Жили в номере 347, очень сильная влажность в номере! Влажные вещи, документы, постель! Из за запаха плесени началась аллергия (насморк). В общем уже необходимо делать ремонт, всё старое...

8.0Pool access room. Location was good not too loud and met lots of people
− Was over 30 minutes to find and receive a pool towel when we didn’t get replacements when we had our room made up. Also instead of getting laundry service for baht per kilo ( generally 60 baht a kilo out side hotel) charged per item
