9.0We stayed and Villa Supramonte for 6 nights and didn't want to leave! Communication with the owners was excellent and we were made to feel very welcome. We were met at the villa and shown around personally by Antronella. The Villa itself is beautiful, a real home from home, where the owners had thought of lots of little extra touches, which made a big difference. The chilled bottle of wine on arrival was much appreciated! Views from the terrace were incredible and there are lots of outside spaces to relax in and of course the pool. The villa was immaculately clean on arrival.
− Some extra pillows and blankets would have been useful but apart from that everything was perfect. Having to remove all rubbish from the villa at the end of our stay was quite time consuming and the recycling centre was a little tricky to find.
Overall good stay in lovely villa. However, the owner needs to change the rude staff.
7.0The villa and pool is very nice. Comfortable beds. Beautiful views
− The staff Antonella is very rude. She arrived late for the check in but early for checkout (9am), with rude attitude. We left the house in a good condition as we always have done for other Airbnb like accommodation. She told us that we have to throw away the rubbish to a designated location 3km from the house with our own car. And she said that we will have to pay for her taking the garage and cleaning, which was her job. Unacceptable behaviour.
