Le lieu à proximité de la ville

− Le non état des lieux a l’arrivée et au départ. La saleté et la vue qui n’était pas au rendez vous comme promis.

Unfair deposit handling

− Upon arrival, we noticed that quite a few things were outdated or not functioning properly. The accommodation was also not completely clean, but we decided to accept that and enjoy our stay regardless. We sent a message on the first day to report several issues, including a lamp that didn’t work, a broken fan, and a shutter that could not be closed. The next day a technician came by, which we appreciated! Unfortunately, the shutter could not be fixed at that time, leaving us without curtains or a working shutter for almost two weeks. When we followed up again, we were told that our previous message had not been read, despite the fact that a technician had already been sent because of that message. As a result, the shutter was only repaired two nights before our departure. The biggest issue, however, was the poor quality of the garden furniture. It was made of plastic and clearly heavily weathered by the sun. Several chairs and sunbeds already had cracks, which even caused damage to our clothing. We reported this immediately on the first day the technician visited. Despite this, after our stay €220 was withheld from our deposit for the replacement of garden furniture, claiming it was damaged by us. This is very disappointing, especially since the damage was reported in the first days after arrival. Even after emailing back and forth, the deposit is not returned. The fact that we had to sleep for almost two weeks without curtains or a shutter was hereby also not taken into account in any form of compensation. Very disappointing!

Atención al cliente PÉSIMA

Bien equipada

− La peor atención al cliente que hemos recibido en la vida. Somos un grupo de jóvenes y llevamos mas de 5 años viajando a este tipo de casas. No hemos tenido nunca ningún problema con los propietarios. En este caso habia un fallo en la web, ya que en varios dispositivos no aparece que para hacer el check in tienes que tener mas de 25 años. Cuando llegamos a recepción nos dijeron literalmente que no "sabíamos leer", a pesar de que la señora estuvo viendo como 20 minutos el móvil desde el que se había reservado la casa y no aparecía en ningún sitio la edad mínima. Es la persona mas borde que he visto en mi vida. A parte no quisieron hacer el check out con nosotros (despues de decir que no se fiaban una mierda por si destrozabamos la casa). Así que asumimos el riesgo de que se inventaran que habíamos roto cualquier cosa. En si la casa está bien, pero no hay limpieza previa. (A pesar de que está incluida en el precio). Había polvo hasta dentro de los armarios, y nidos de arañas por todo el salón. Hay un libro con 10000 normas de sentido común y te cobran 200€ si el gasto de luz es "elevado". No hay forma de mirar el consumo y las de la agencia tampoco lo saben, pero somos nosotros los que no sabemos leer.
