It was a relaxing stay

We were running late and the office rang, explained the pick up of the keys well. The location of the property was amazing, it was a large and very spacious house. Pool was good

− Bedding was extremely uncomfortable, for the price beds needed to be made by us, house wasnt cleaned very well, floors still felt slightly sandy. Gravel/rocks round the pool area made the area quite unpleasant. For the price of the property ($3500 - also aware it was over the new year period) was not worth that price. For longer stays it should be outlined that you'll need supplies such as dishwasher tablets/liquid, toilet paper (there was half a roll in the toilet when we arrived)

− It is advertised with wi fi but no wi fi is connected, with 3 kids wi fi is needed, when I enquired about it I was told there was a glitch in the system but it is still advertised with wi fi. Due to the location and the beach it was quite smelly from the beach and not somewhere you could swim. Having sheets supplied is great but not when you then have to make your own beds after travelling all day.

− Was the worst property I’ve ever stayed at would not recommend mould in showers, beds tech screwed up

Location is great close to everything by foot or by car.

− No clothes dryer when advertised as having one 😡 security is not up to standard when you have doors that don't lock properly, a bit of maintenance needs to be done.

Location, lovely outlook from the verandah

− Advertised facilities not available!! No Spa bath or 2nd bathroom. There were locked rooms and cupboards? No hair-dryer. 2 teabags, 2 coffee sachets for 4 people for 4 nights, no milk. Home under minor renovations, not completely ready for the standard Air BnB you expect. Linen cost extra, delivered, ready for you to make your own bed. WC light was motion sensor, taps to kitchen, laundry dripped continuously.
