9.0Sehr gute Lage, ruhiges Apartment für Altstadt Lage, Nutzung des Parkausweises für Parkhaus Unione ist top und wichtig, schöne kleine Terrasse, angenehme Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmer, fussläufig in wenigen Minuten bis zur Altstadt, toller italienischer Flair, unkomplizierter WhatsApp Kontakt zur Vermieterin und einfacher Check in über Schlüsselbox, gute Nähe zum Strand in Sottomarina, Apartment ist eine gute Wahl
− Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer etwas zu schwach für ganze Wohnung, etwas mehr Küchen Ausstattung wie Tassen, Gläser und Behälter für Lebensmittel bzw. Kühlschrank wären schön

10.0L'appartamento è ben tenuto, curato, pulito e dotato di tutti i servizi per un piacevole soggiorno! Laura si è preoccupata di prenotarci accesso a ZTL e posto macchina in parcheggio a prezzo scontato. Siamo stati molto contenti della scelta!

Ottima base a Chioggia.
9.0La cura dei dettagli, la posizione, la pulizia, la fornitura sia delle stoviglie che dei materiali di consumo (scottex, spezie, sale, olio, the, caffe, saponi in doccia). La casa è perfettamente vivibile in 4 e davvero bella e curata. WiFi potente e tv smart. Parcheggio in convenzione (vi viene rilasciato un pass digitale che vi permette di accedere alla ztl e una card per parcheggiare a 7euro al giorno al parcheggio Unione.)
− Unico neo, il frigo/freezer non era funzionante. Ci è stato comunicato al mattino della data di arrivo. In inverno ci si adatta ma in estate sicuramente sarebbe stato un bel problema e sicuramente non trascurabile visto che l'appartamento lo si prende proprio per potersi gestire i pasti a casa. Spero sia stato solo un caso nostro isolato.
