I strongly advise finding somewhere else to stay

This is not a good property and I would not stay here. Although we had paid for five nights, we left after the first night. Fortunately we were able to find a very suitable, very nice place to stay about a 10 minute drive away. We didn’t even seek a refund, we just left.

− Initial impressions weren’t good, the area looked dodgy, there was an item of broken furniture on the road near a dustbin area, the property looked badly maintained on the outside, the driveway was incomplete with broken paving stones, there was rubbish including a full bag of rubbish on the driveway and bizarrely a piece of a tree. As we unpacked a woman with torn clothes inspected us from a distance. Inside the property looked dingy. The presence of four locks on the inside of the door (two locks and two shooting bolts) confirmed the opinion we were already forming, The view out of the property wasn’t appealing even if the windows hadn’t been so dirty. I’ve never before left a property I’ve paid for but it took only minutes to decide we had to find somewhere else to stay. This was not easy at a days notice in peak season but, fortunately for us, another really lovely property had a cancellation.

The beds were super comfy, it was a very relaxed atmosphere as soon as you walked in.

− Everything was great no complaints from us

Stay was great and delivered on expectations, and easy to find from the airport.

Keys were self service, so would have been very easy to "check ourselves in" except a slight issue with the security box number initially. But this was quickly rectified with a call to the owner.manager. Location is very good if you have your own transport, and the Metro direct into the city is 10m walk away if you are up to that.

Perfect area to get to town and visit Newcastle

Had everything we needed for a weekend, good access routes and easy to get too and from for a wedding.

Excellent value for money . Very comfortable beds and well laid out kitchen.

− Hard to fault really. Location meant we had to use Ubers all the time but that would have been the case anywhere really. We walked to the Rugby @ Kingston Park so convenient.
