− Beds very uncomfortable. Broken vase on floor on arrival. On third floor and lift didn't work. Further from car park than advertised. Further from venue we were attending than advertised. No contact from anyone during visit. Given a bar code for free parking that did not work. Sofa very uncomfortable.

5.0Spacious and well located - two bedrooms were set far apart and each had their own bathroom
− The beds were both terribly uncomfortable - small double beds with cheap mattresses which were lumpy, bed was creaky and the linen was old and worn out and did not fit the bed well. My son did not stay the second night as he could not sleep well and I slept poorly for two nights. Lovely apartment but needs bed upgrade desperately. Also I did some laundry for my son (uni student) but the is no drying machine (only a washer) and the airing cupboard has nowhere to hang clothes to dry so my son had to take wet clothes back to his university to dry.
