Ideal location with lovely host.
8.0Contact with Rayan and the location. House was everything we needed and had all the facilities needed with a youngish family.
− Some of it could have been a bit cleaner, drawers, cupboards etc so we could put things away but it was overall well looked after.

9.0How close it was to Watford train station and Harry Potter studios. Also being on a quiet street. Bed was comfortable. Spacious kitchen/living room and modern bathroom.

8.0House was clean and comfortable, found everything we needed. Communication with host was easy and clear.
− There are a few things (stairs) that might be considered hazardous just like how its been mentioned by other customers.
Watford is great!
10.0Location is excellent for accessing all the amenities of Watford High Street and for catching the train into London. Parking in Citipark Sutton is almost next door and was very good value. The property was very clean and tidy.
− Written directions for getting to the house from the car park would have been great as we relied on Google maps on our phones, and they took us a very long way round. We laughed when we discovered the house is literally just behind the car park, less than 2 minutes away after we had been sent by Google maps on a half-hour walk!
All six of us had a pleasant stay, including a good night's sleep, ahead of our trip to HP Studios.
8.0Great location for Harry Potter Studios, that was in a quiet street, which meant we all got a good night's sleep. Spacious bedrooms. open planned lounge & kitchen. Separate dining room. Large outdoor space. Size of TV!
− Location of the main bathroom (on ground floor, at the back of the property), which meant those on the top floor had to go down two flights of stairs in the night, in order to use the toilet.
