8.0We liked the position, having 5 bedrooms, comfortable beds, large dining area & equipment, The extra items supplied in soap, tea, coffee. ease of arrival & exit, warmth once we worked out the heating. Overall it suited our group of 5 very well
− The couch wasn't comfortable. The single shower Temperature was difficult to control & burnt 1 guest. The bathrooms were abit dirty & could do with updating. , We didn't like that there wasn't a toilet on the upper levels ( I'd thought I'd read there was an extra single toilet)

Nice stay in a good location for the university.
7.0A good location, presentation of all the rooms was lovely and made you feel instantly at home. Information from the company was good when regarding the keys, wifi and house information.
− Several broken items including chairs and sinks. There was also not enough cutlery and plates within the house for all the guests that stayed which made eating food challenging.
