5.0Parking w cieniu, duże mieszkanie z ładnym tarasem i dobrą klimatyzacją. Łóżka były wygodne. W pobliżu restauracja "Il Salvatore" z dobrą pizzą, ceny rozsądne. Mieszkanie ma potencjał, ale wymaga odrobiny troski ze strony właściciela.
− Mieliśmy problem z kontaktem z właścicielką, co ma wpływ na naszą złą opinię. Szczegółowe informacje o zameldowaniu dostaliśmy dopiero dzień przed przyjazdem (po naszym upomnieniu), będąc już w drodze. Wlascicielka zażądała przywiezienia własnej pościeli i ręczników, co nie było sprzeczne z informacją na Booking. Musieliśmy kupić dwa komplety pościeli i ręczników, co kosztowało nas 60 euro dodatkowo. Włascicielka mieszka w USA, i wygląda na to, że na miejscu brak osoby, która wszystko ogarnia. Czystość była wątpliwa i znaleźliśmy dużo usterek (nie działający kontakt, brudne poduszki, niedomyte naczynia, brak kosza na śmieci w kuchni, połamana okiennica na tarasie).

10.0Beautiful apartment, absolutely equipped. Air conditioners in every room!!! WIFI -TOP!!! Great location! Super cool terrace, nice view! Nice pool. Beach 7/8 min walk. Shop 4/5 min. Pietra Ligure is a small town with a lot of spirit and life. The whole family is very happy with the time we were there and we will definitely come back again. Thanks to the owner - we had easy and problem-free communication!
− This is not a remark, but simply information for future guests!! Do not turn on the washing machine and dishwasher at the same time. The building's installation is probably weaker, and the fuses turn off and you have to go down to the central panel to turn them on again. I repeat, this is not a MINUS, just advice for future guests 😊

9.0Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin Paola ist echt nett und geht auf alle Fragen ein. Sie antwortet sehr schnell und hat jede Menge Tipps für die Region parat. Das preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist für diese Region ganz gut. Die Ferienwohnung war voll ausgestattet. Der Pool ist wirklich toll und wir haben die kostenlose Verfügbarkeit reichlich genutzt. Ein paar Sachen haben noch gefehlt. Zum Beispiel Geschirrhandtücher, Küchen- und Toilettenpapier sowie ein paar Tabs für die Geschirrspülmaschine. in 12-15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand und in der angrenzenden Stadt. Der Stadtkern von Pietra Ligure ist auch sehenswert und abends ist hier eine tolle Stimmung. Wir haben einen Ausflug nach Monaco und einen weiteren nach Finalborgo gemacht. Top.
− Wie so oft in dieser Region ist die Parkplatzsituation sehr schwierig. Wir haben aber mit ein bisschen Ausdauer und ein bisschen Glück immer einen Platz gefunden. Mal mehr und mal weniger kreativ. ;-)
