Actually I had no real time to like or dislike much. My trip was so urgent and I was hardly in the accommodation as my brother was in hospital an on his death bed. When I attempted to complain about i few things I thought it to be insignificant. I booked 2 or 3 extra nights and Bonny asked me to apt her directly and she would give me a cheaper price, she is definitely scamming someone. This lady appears to be nice but she has blocked me and hasn't refunded my deposit. She claims we broke a kettle. I waited yo hand over the apartment and no one came and I assure you I would never fight over a silly thing and I will always admit anything wrong. I have booked so many stays for myself and business colleagues and I have never experienced such I case. I need my deposit of R2000 as Nonny suggested I pay half and she would pay half. Firstly I have never ever been asked for a deposit before or to book secretly. Please can someone from booking.com contact me ir arrange for my refund as I now have yo to escalate this matter on air bnb and booking .Com Thanks you Amina on behalf of Mohammad Alkhateeb I can send what's app messages with proof and anything else required

− Her manners. The maid were u helpful and towels were old. Mainly being accused of something I am certain that we didn't break a kettle. She did no handover on arrival or when wr left. 2 days later she tells me about a cracked kettle asked me to collect it and still hasn't paid my deposit. She asked asked to book privately with her as well so I feel she is up to some funny sideline business or fraud

Beautiful decor and fully equipped kitchen! The view was amazing.

− The pool area was really tired looking and poor. There was a leak in the roof above the shower which meant we could only fully use the one bathroom. I understand this leak was due to the upstairs apartment and we were made aware of it on the morning of the day of our arrival. However, there was no offer of compensation. We ended up having to use one small bathroom for the 5 of us rather than 2 bathrooms.

Overall an excellent place which we will definitely visit again

Everything was absolutely beautiful, especially the views.

− Two minor issues - the sliding door in bedroom was a little hard to open and cupboard for bin in kitchen was also a bit tight. It's still an amazing place tho.
