10.0We really enjoyed the location, as the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the neighbors were very calm. There was also a store nearby which was convenient for buying food and other things we needed during our stay. The house itself was very comfortable, and the kitchen was excellent — it was spacious, well laid out, and in very good condition, which made it perfect for cooking and spending time together.
− The only downside was that the cooking pots were not very clean, and there were not enough cleaning supplies available to wash them properly. In addition, the grass in the backyard was quite long, which made it difficult to walk or use the outdoor area comfortably.

1.0Reasonable price. Vicinity near Heathrow airport. Modernised facilities. 3 toilets. Calm environment. Mega-sized market nearby. Enough to stay warm thanks to boiler system.
− No hot water tab in kitchen. Not connectable wifi. Dusty floor, sofa, and rug in living room. Tangled duvet in wardrobe in master bedroom. Two spot of dog poo in the garden. Used onions in cupboard in kitchen. Occupied parking lot although I reserved the parking lot. Blood stains on duvet. Late reply, careless amd indifferent reactions of the host for the complains regarding above.
