− The smaller bedroom had no lamp. There was no batteries in a lot of remotes etc. chairs downstairs are very uncomfortable.

9.0The place itself was really good. Beautifully decorated. If u could pick it up and take it somewhere else then it would be amazing.
− The location. We were woke up by a couple over road fing and jeffing.. they were actually fighting. Which did ruin it for us. We could wait to leave. Bathroom downstairs and stairs, which were a bit of a problem but not a deal breaker...just need to be aware of.

8.0It has been beautifully updated and was a great place to stay once you shut the front door.
− The area is very scruffy, walking out to get food there was a lot of rubbish and even vomit on the pavement. Obviously this is not something that the property owner can change. The backyard has been neglected.

− Location. Took over 30mins to get into town even though wasn’t too far. Traffic from this side of the river is horrendous
