8.0Gepflegte Anlage, Parkplatz am Haus, waMa im Keller, coole Design im Maisonnettestil, Balkon hat südost ausrichtung, daher wird es nicht zu krass heiss auf dem gemütlichen Balkon, Blick ins Grüne, gute Verkehrsanbindung, super heisses Wasser echtes Plus! hervorragendes Wifi, hervorragend ausgestattete Küche (alles vorhanden von Spüllappen, Topflappen, Auflaufform,Salz, Pfeffer, Nespresso KapselKaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und und und...). Man gewöhnt sich schnell daran, dass man von der Wohnküche durch Badflur in das Schlafzimmer kommt. Vom Badflur geht Dusche und separate Tür zum WC nochmals ab. Gute, sehr grosse Matraze.
− Hinter dem Haus riesige Baustelle, mit Erd-und Steinaushub, der heraus gehämmert wird (wochentags ab 7:00). Gartentreppen flach, dann steile Treppenaufstiege zur Haustür (eine davon nur Metallgittertreppe). Hellhörig, wenn Nachbarn da sind (5:30 Duschgeräusche, abends laute Diskussionen), aber das ist eine Klage auf hohem Niveau..... keine Fliegenrollos (wäre allerdings auch echter Luxus).

6.0Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Bettwäsche, Handtücher sind sauber.
− Spülmaschine war voller altem, stinkendem Wasser, als ich am ersten Tag kam und war nicht zum Nutzenbereit, das Licht in Schlafzimmer war nicht in Betrieb. Das Schloss an der Eingangstür war nicht leicht zu öffnen, dann ist es auseinandergegangen, was wurde danach zum Reparatur benötigt. Schleusenbedingung für die Ausfahrt hat niemals funktioniert, musste jedes Mal aus dem Auto aussteigen, PIN eingeben und dann wieder einsteigen, um rein oder raus zu fahren. Die Baustelle bei dem Nachbarn gegenüber, genau vor der Schlafzimmerseite, war sehr laut und es gab starken Abgasgeruch, sodass man sich nur am Wochenende in der Wohnung oder auf dem Balkon wohlfühlen konnte.

8.0Es un apartamento muy bonito y muy bien situado. Te puedes desconectar de todo y apreciar el bonito paisaje.
− Cómo única pega es que solo pusieron 3 rollos de papel higiénico para 3 personas que nos alojamos 9 días. Tampoco había jabón para fregar los platos.
