La posizione di fianco alla stazione

− Erano previsti 3 letti per 3 persone in 3 stanze. All'arrivo le stanze erano 2 i letti erano 2. Una persona del gruppo ha dovuto andare a dormire altrove. Non abbiamo incontrato nessuno e nessuno ci ha chiesto i documenti (è legale?).Abbiamo chiamato più volte il gestore, non ha mai risposto. Questo tipo di strutture non dovrebbero essere su Booking. L'appartamento è il classico appartamento della nonna che ha bisogno di essere ristrutturato.

Spacious apartment

− 3rd floor apartment up 6 sets of stairs (12 steps each). I didn’t realise this upon booking but this was an absolute nightmare with a stroller, 3 kids and 2 suitcases! It’s NOT ACCESSIBLE so don’t book if you need accessibility as there’s no lift. It was a SUPER NOISY road, and because of the old windows, the noise is not filtered out, constant traffic and revving motorcycles and cars, as well as noisy loud people. Also whenever anyone else is on the stairs in the apartment due to the concrete steps this also made so much noise and we barely slept due to this. The apartment is not cleaned to a high standard, though it says the floors are clean - they weren’t as all of my kids clean socks and feet were literally black with grime and constantly needed washing. There’s an unpleasant smell in the bathroom which seems damp. The freezer door was left open on our arrival as it was over spilling with frozen ice. The cookware was clean, but there was no clean new sponge to use, only a very old used sponge. For this reason I didn’t feel comfortable using any cookware until I had my own new sponge. There was no hand soap in the bathroom on arrival which is annoying after travelling the first thing you want to do is wash hands thoroughly at least. The beds were made up, but there was only bed linen on the bed no duvet, we needed to place the duvet in the cover ourselves for us and the kids. I’m not sure that the mattress or sheets were clean as my two children who slept in the lounge room kept complaining of itching on their bodies in the morning, and I was then terrified that there might be bed bugs. The travel cot was not set up, and didn’t even have a mattress we had to use a folded up duvet. The pillows were enormous and not comfortable as they were like 3 ft long! The washing machine was so old and tired and I had no clue how to use it so didn’t bother even though my plan was to do a load of laundry. Overall it was just not a nice place due to the cleanliness.

− Allora sono tante le cose Ke nn mi sono piaciute..la lavatrice era fuori uso xké rimaste lì roba da lavare penso del ragazzo delle pulizie....pinguini nn funzionanti Chiamavamo al cellulare per info e nessuno rispondeva.... freezer inutilizzabile...Molto dispiaciuta in quanto era per dei miei carissimi amici.... c'era addirittura molta polvere in giro...e 3 piano senza ascensore. .. dovete scriverle queste cose.sono Molto arrabbiata

Great location but multiple issues

Convenient location near the city, reasonable value for money,

− No ample toilet paper provided; we had to buy our own for the duration of our 3 night stay. Freezer was unusable, air conditioning wasn't great, an open bottle of Prosecco left in fridge from previous guests that wasn't cleared up. They never mentioned it was a 3rd story apartment with no lift so a lot of stairs to navigate.
