9.0El departamento estaba totalmente equipado con un buen servicio de lavandería donde era fácil acceder y pagar por medio de una aplicación, lo utilizamos dos veces ya que nos quedamos varios días..

We really appreciated the location, closeness to mall, grocery store, El Efe metro station and playa
8.0− We were confused about the actual building entrance (beside the parkade entrance) vs the front steps/facade which is actually locked emergency exit. Signage at front steps directing guests to reception would be extremely helpful, especially when arriving later in the day or when fatigued from travel.

− La tapa del baño estaba suelta y te pegaba en la espalda cada vez que ocupamos el wc y el lavamanos estaba tapado , las esquinas del piso de baño y ducha estaban amarillas

− Tv muy difícil de usar, es multimedia pero con sistemas viejos los cuales implican bajar aplicaciones para poder usar, debería tener un tv box o Chrome cast que son más a amigables
