− El trato impersonal con la empresa que gestiona el alquiler. Nuestra experiencia en Valparaiso terminó muy mal: nos asaltaron cuando nos íbamos, y nos robaron TODO. Un consejo: no vayan por su cuenta. Me hubiera gustado que alguien me advirtiera lo peligrosa que es la ciudad.
