Deluxe condo in West New York with free Parking 20 Min to NYC♡

In bad need of repair and not all as advertised.

Has enough facilities for two couples.

− The property was in bad need of repairs and was extremely poorly maintained.kitchen door off lights not working and bathroom not in good shape. Disappointed that there were minimal towels ( one per person) for a 7 day stay.nothing to hang washing on and no dishwashing liquid or wipes.The apartment sizing is about 60m2.Air conditioning in one bedroom extremely noisy. Location is realistically 35-45 minutes from the central bus port.

Disappointed. Don't advertise deluxe when the condo is in fair condition

Location

− Needs a lot if maintenance. The actual state of the apartment is not the same as the pictures. Shelves are broken, bed is missing the end board, kitchen missing a cabinet door. Bathroom is leaking, toilet has a very noticeable stain all over the caulking, the air ventilation fan blows hot air. There is no central air conditioning. Only one bedroom has a window air conditioner. The rest of the apartment gets hot, over 80 degrees. The second bedroom has a fan.

This place is the biggest dump and management is sleeze bags

Nothing. It was disgusting and working with booking.com or the rental place was pointless

− They didn’t clean until 2.5 hours after our check in time. The AC didn’t work and it was 100 degrees in the apartment. The parking was impossible as other tenants blocked the exit. When trying to get a refund because we couldn’t stay there, the property has ignored all requests and has lied to keep their money. We ended up having to get a hotel due to time restraints and the condo being disgustingly

Súper cómodo limpio, con todo lo necesario para mi familia , bien el parqueo ,

− No tenía suficiente papel higiénico algo muy básico que debería tener .. No me gustó una nota que me pusieron en la puerta sobre el uso de la basura, creo que fue innecesario, de la forma como lo hicieron, como un llamado de atención no muy cordial, creo que les faltó un poco de inteligencia en esa parte .. fue lo único que reprocharles

2 bedrooms, close to bus stop with direct buses to NY, powerful water pressure at shower

− We could not find the apartment close to its descriptor as deluxe - since we checked in, we saw lots of ants crawling on the kitchen floor between the dishwasher and the dining table. We saw leftover vegetable bits lying on the stove, and breadcrumbs filled the gaps between the stove and the connecting cabinet and the dishwasher. The toilet area was nonstop leaking with water, and the area itself was stinky, and the towels provided in the bathroom were filthy. The doors have obviously gone through their best time, and we didn’t find them tight enough when having them locked. The neighbourhood was rather industrial.
