10.0The location was great. Just a short scenic walk to downtown. The condo was great we had a group of four and plenty of room. We saw bears every evening while we were there.

The condo met our needs and was a close walk to Anakeesta and downtown Gatlinburg
8.0The condo was clean and comfortable. Its proximity to Gatlinburg attractions was great.
− The pool and hot tub at the facility was not clean at all. There was hair, film and dirt everywhere. This was not a huge part of why we stayed at this place, however I felt it was worth mentioning that it was quite disgusting. The condo itself was very clean.
We had a great time, the space was great, walkable to downtown it was great! Oh and we saw a couple bears so definitely
