Clean and comfortable home for a fantastic family holiday for 8 adults, 6 children and 3 dogs
8.0Our dogs were welcome - thank you for that. House was clean and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen appliances were good and there was plenty of crockery and glassware for our large group (kitchen suggestion - First aid kit in the pantry needs updating and a tin opener would be a good addition to the kitchen equipment). Communication was excellent - all my questions were answered promptly. The extra blow up mattress that I had requested, while not present on arrival, was soon supplied after my drawing this to your attention. We loved our stay. Thank You
− Grounds around the pool need more maintenance eg cigarette buts and small pieces of plastic around the bar-b-que and cabana (we were all non smokers) and lantana (a weed) growing inside the pool fence - these are cosmetic issues that are easily addressed by your ground staff. We had a marvellous time on the beautiful lawns around the property.
