− The rug in the lounge area is a trip hazard needs to be more heavy duty so not to ruffle up.

− The rod to close the skylight window was missing for the apartment. Meaning that for the 10 day stay, I couldnt close the skylight to keep the weather out.
Disappointing - lack of support.

− Things noted on Booking.com were not accurate. Messages do not go through booming.com and instead are emailed. Checkout details initially provided were different to those provided closer to checkout. Accessibg support kn checkin was a nightmare. They dont answer the phone and the voicemail is full. Ths checkin area has light and you cant see the number. Very stressful. Propery is managed overseas or interstate. Tv didnt work. Towels smelt of smoke.
Last place I would use again.
