Total relaxation we felt so happy and relaxed.
10.0We loved the location, the tranquility and surrounded by nature. The wood fired hot tub was such a treat, relaxing looking at the amazing stars each night. The cabin was decorated in a very tasteful and homely style in keeping with a country feel, with a ‘Lord of the Rings’ theme throughout the area. We were given the full use of a quad car to get us up and down the mountain path if we didn’t want to walk. The staff, Nesbitt and Bernard were always on hand to help with any query, they even escorted us on a 2 hr ‘Misty Mountain’ walk, to which they had personally cleared and built pathways. Very impressive. We frequently saw bush buck grazing right outside our windows each day. The fresh water pool and 9 hole golf course were wonderful. We had all this to ourselves! We loved the solitude and remoteness, and even stayed an extra day and felt totally rested. Lindsey the owner was always at hand via WhatsApp if we needed to contact her but her workers dealt with all the queries. Than you for making the retreat a wonderful experience we will definitely be back for another stay.
